These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MIUUM website, app, and chauffeur transportation service, operated by Premium Lane LLC ("MIUUM," "we," "us," or "our") in South Florida. By booking a ride, creating an account, or otherwise using our service, you agree to these Terms.
MIUUM provides luxury chauffeur and black-car transportation, including airport transfers, city-to-city rides, hourly charter, and event transportation across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Bookings are subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability.
Cancellation windows, no-show charges, wait-time grace periods and overage fees, extra stop and mileage charges, child seat fees, and other add-ons are described in full at premiumlane.net/policies-and-fees, which is part of these Terms. By booking a ride, you agree to those policies.
One cancellation scale applies to every vehicle class, including the Mercedes Sprinter. You may cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup, and a ride already paid for is refunded in full. Inside that window, a percentage of the trip applies:
The percentage is calculated on the trip total you would otherwise have paid. If the ride was paid in advance, the unused portion is refunded automatically to your original payment method; if the ride was not yet paid, the amount due is recorded for collection.
A chauffeur cannot complete a booked ride in the following situations.
You authorize MIUUM to charge your payment method on file for your booked fare and for authorized post-ride adjustments described in our fee policy. Card payments are processed by Stripe; MIUUM does not store your full card number.
If you opt in when booking, MIUUM may text you about your ride: booking confirmations, chauffeur status updates (including a boarding PIN and live tracking link), pickup reminders, and receipts. These texts come from an automated, send-only number; for help, call or text us at (786) 894-6989.
Alcohol in vehicle is permitted only for passengers 21 and older in partitioned vehicles. No illegal drugs or unruly behavior. A strict no-smoking policy applies to every vehicle, with fees described in our policies page for violations. You are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused during your ride, subject to the fees described there.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate booking and contact information so we can safely and reliably complete your ride.
MIUUM works to provide safe, punctual, professional service, but we do not guarantee arrival times, which can be affected by traffic, weather, and other conditions outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIUUM's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the ride giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
