Price the spread before you apply
You buy at 85. You sell at whatever the trip is worth.
The ticket on the right assumes the simplest case, you resell at our retail price, and the 15% spread is your margin. Plenty of agencies mark up beyond retail for packaged itineraries; that’s your call, and your upside.

§ 1
The rate. Approved agencies receive a flat 15% discount off MIUUM’s retail price on every ride booked through the agency portal.
§ 2
Payment. The agency’s card on file is charged the wholesale (net) rate automatically at the time of booking. No invoices are issued and no balance accrues.
§ 3
Resale. The price the agency charges its own passenger is entirely the agency’s decision. MIUUM never bills or markets to the agency’s passengers.
§ 4
No minimums. There is no joining fee, no monthly fee, and no minimum booking volume. The rate does not change with volume.
§ 5
Changes & cancellations. Trip changes and cancellations are handled by our dispatch team, contact us and we’ll sort it. Standard cancellation windows apply.
§ 6
One account per agency. Each agency operates a single wholesale account; seats for staff can be arranged, but the tariff isn’t transferable to other companies.
§ 7
Service standard. Every ride is a licensed, insured, chauffeur-driven black vehicle from our approved fleet, the same standard our retail clients receive.
§ 8
Program changes. MIUUM may modify or terminate the program with reasonable notice; rides already booked are always honored at their booked rate.
§ 9
Good standing. Accounts used fraudulently or with repeatedly failing payment methods may be suspended.
§ 10
Governing law. The program is operated by Premium Lane LLC and governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

How does the 15% discount actually work?
Every route and date has a retail price, the same one shown on premiumlane.net. When you book in your agency portal, we take a flat 15% off that number and charge your card the net amount. There are no tiers, no promo codes, and nothing to apply manually.
Who pays for the ride?
You do, your agency card on file is charged the wholesale rate at booking, automatically. You then bill your own passenger however you normally invoice clients. We never charge or contact your passenger about payment.
Can we resell at any price we want?
Yes. Your resale price is entirely your decision, at retail, above it for packaged trips, or below it if that wins you the account. The spread between your price and the wholesale rate is your margin, and we don’t ask about it.
What about changes and cancellations?
Our dispatch team handles them directly, call or email us and we’ll adjust the trip. Standard cancellation windows apply, and anything charged in error is refunded to your card on file.
Is there a minimum volume or a fee?
No. Joining is free, staying is free, and there’s no minimum. One ride a quarter gets the same 15% as a hundred a month.
How fast is approval?
We read every application ourselves and typically approve within one to two business days. You’ll get an email the moment your portal is live.
What cards can we put on file?
All major credit and debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, processed securely through Stripe. Card details are stored by Stripe, never on our servers.
Do you market to our passengers?
Never. Passenger details are used only to operate the ride, chauffeur coordination, flight tracking, pickup texts. Your clients never receive marketing from us and never see our pricing.
